Position Overview
We are currently seeking passionate and dependable Personal Care Workers to enhance the quality of care for residents in Aged Care facilities. Ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of care and demonstrate a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and assessing the health of patients
- Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary health care team
- Maintaining precise and accurate patient documentation
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Responding promptly and effectively in emergency situations
Qualifications and Skills
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Influenza Vaccination
- Covid-19 Vaccination and booster
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the Australian healthcare sector
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be currently located in Australia
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
- Able to travel within a 30-minute radius to various facilities
