Customer Solutions Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities

You will be a customer champion; discovering what our customers want and need and helping them use technology in their daily lives. You will ensure customers receive the best value and advice.


On Any Given Day
  • In the front row seat to all the latest devices, accessories, and perks including music events from partners.
  • Providing solutions for customers to fit their lifestyle.
  • Providing support for customers to troubleshoot queries and help confidently use Vodafone app at home.

Not a tech expert? We will support you with training to level up your knowledge on dynamic and ever evolving industry.


What We Are Looking For

You bring joy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction. You're an excellent communicator, adaptable, and excited about technology—someone who is keen to learn about gadgets and trends.


What To Expect In Hours

Join us and choose a minimum of 15.25 hours over a minimum of 3 shifts. We service customers 7 days a week so there is lots of flexibility. Additional availability can let you pick up extra shifts when it works for you.
