Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert advisory leadership across various streams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Ready TLM implementations, strong knowledge of TLM solution design, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
">- Gather, validate, and translate client requirements into tailored solution designs.
- Lead clients through implementations, testing, and adoption of solutions.
- Mentor consultants and share best practices to uplift delivery quality.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless governance and strong client engagement, strengthening delivery processes to drive consistency and continuous improvement.

">Requirements
">- 2+ years' hands-on experience with UKG Ready TLM implementations.

">- 2–3 years' consulting experience (or equivalent in-house consulting background).
- Experience mentoring or coaching peers.
