Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

This is a highly strategic position that oversees the engineering team responsible for building and deploying products.

The role will involve leading the engineering team to accelerate our mission by driving innovation, growth, and scalability.

This includes:

  • Mentoring senior engineers to drive technical excellence and innovation.
  • Developing and implementing technology strategies to enhance platform performance and uptime.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product deployment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenges such as:

Implementing AI development tools for improved throughput and outcomes.

Leveraging technology transformation to drive business growth.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

Extensive experience in senior engineering management.

Knowledge of software engineering best practices.

Able to mentor team members and drive development and capabilities within the team.
