Event Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and efficient Part Time Event Coordinator to join our team.

About this Opportunity
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager for student-focused programs
  • Assist with event bump in and out, liaising with key stakeholders, ordering equipment and operational assistance
  • Assist with events, functions and other activities within the Events department portfolio
Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative support to the Events Manager
  • Assisting with event coordination and delivery
  • Liaising with stakeholders and ordering equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed or undertaking tertiary studies in sport, events, leisure or related area
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven computer proficiency especially within Microsoft 365
  • Driver's License
