**Job Summary:**

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training and development, improving skills and knowledge to enhance performance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

- At least 1 year of customer experience and 2 years of barista experience
- Bright, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
- Good cash handling, stock management, and experience with POS systems
- Availability to work day shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
