We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our gaming services team and drive operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Achieving business growth through strategic planning and execution;
  • Designing and implementing processes to support operations;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers;

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in IT or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in gaming support and/or venue operations;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing operations and providing support;
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other software tools;
  • Experience working in device management or technical service delivery environments;
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Demonstrated decision-making capability;
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
