Steel Fabrication Specialist

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile General Labourer to join our dynamic team.
This key operational role will be responsible for managing various tasks related to structural steel items, ensuring timely completion and delivering exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience with completed structural steel items, including moving them using a forklift, surface preparation, and spray painting. A fork lift license is essential, and experience moving steel is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Spray Painting and use of power tools such as 5 inch Grinders is beneficial, although on-the-job training will assist in your development. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring reliability, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
As part of this role, you can expect a Day Shift position from 6:00am-2:00pm, with some overtime possible. The role involves working 5 Days per week, with a total of 40Hrs plus Saturday morning as required.
**Key Requirements:**
- Forklift High Risk License
- Fit and Healthy - physical work
- Experience with power tools - Grinder, Drill, etc
- Follow direction and work safely in team work environment
- Must be reliable with stable work history and a positive attitude to work
- Good attention to detail
**Desirable Skills:**
- Spray painting experience
- Dogging ticket
- Gantry Crane experience
