  • The Senior Asset Performance Engineer will improve asset performance understanding and insights at this Victorian government owned corporation. They will lead the asset performance management workstream as part of the organisation's ongoing asset management improvement plan.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive asset performance framework that includes standards, measures, and management processes for continuous improvement and digital visualisation of insights throughout the asset lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the workstream plan by addressing resource needs, stakeholder roles, and governance, while ensuring effective communication, tracking progress, and reporting challenges to the Asset Management Improvement Hub.
  • Support provided across the business on the operation of asset management models and the state of assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.
  • Experience in the development and application of asset performance models.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
