IT Business Partner Opportunity

The IT Services Business Engagement Team serves as the strategic interface between IT and business units, responsible for IT strategy development and stakeholder engagement.

As an IT Business Partner, you will be crucial in understanding business requirements, identifying and designing best practice solutions to improve organisational processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for business units in relation to IT Services.
  • Collaborate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals.
  • Identify risks and issues that could impact technology delivery.
  • Advocate for business units in relation to technology advancement.
  • Develop solution concepts and business cases based on stakeholder needs.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner.
  • Planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills.
  • Good understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
