About Us:

At Acumen, we're proud to be partnering with BUPA to support the health and well-being of Australia's defence personnel. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be part of our team that's dedicated to helping individuals recover from injuries and trauma.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in the ACT. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Defence personnel to assess their needs and develop strategies to support their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify the needs of Defence personnel
  • Develop and implement strategies to support rehabilitation
  • Partner with Defence personnel to achieve their rehabilitation goals

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with current clinical skills or rehabilitation counselling skills
  • Hold a full registration with a relevant professional body
  • At least 6-12 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (desirable)
  • Hold a full driver's license
  • Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning abilities and possess highly effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
