Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Project Manager to lead our ERP implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP modules, project management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ERP implementation and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and operational stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP modules, including HR, FIN, and SCM.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support projects, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules, including HR, FIN, and SCM.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work creatively and innovatively.
