About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing test plans and testing strategies against product specifications;
  • Assisting the development team with a focus on resolving product defects;
  • Investigating and analyzing the root cause of internal and customer-reported product issues;
  • Ongoing technical support of existing products, both internal and customer;
  • Providing assistance with configuring and testing special projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics;
  • Good understanding of the product development lifecycle;
  • Excellent technical writing and computer skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working in a QA-accredited environment;
  • A good work ethic and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage own time and resources to meet agreed timelines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience with automation frameworks;
  • Familiarity with public address, building management systems, and life safety systems.
