Job Summary

The Electronics Test Specialist will be at the forefront of production testing, fault diagnosis, and repair efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electronic products with ease.
  • Read and understand complex schematic diagrams.
  • Perform component-level troubleshooting to ensure electronics products meet top-notch condition standards.
  • Inspect and verify that products meet specifications before they go out to clients.
  • Interpret and implement test requirements and specifications from various stakeholders.
  • Complete accurate and detailed test reports.
  • Monitor and confirm any trends identified during testing and calibration.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bring passion and enthusiasm for electronics testing backed by proven experience in a similar production test environment.
  • Embrace analogue and digital electronics as well as electromechanical assemblies.
  • Work safely within an electrical test environment.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and written to complete test documentation.
  • Hold a relevant Certificate or Diploma related to Electrical or Electronic technology.
  • Familiarity with microprocessor-based fault finding techniques.
  • Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT) assemblies.
  • Be a team player with excellent time management skills and self-motivation.

  • Full-time hours Monday to Thursday and a lunchtime knock-off on Fridays.
