This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with an estimated annual salary of $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our upstream operations team, managing projects valued at $400k - $20m. As a Senior Upstream Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing project documentation, including execution plans, request for quotations, and contracting strategies.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Tracking costs, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Reporting data and progress to senior management.
  • Liaising with client interfaces to harmonize projects and improve efficiency.

You will work closely with our clients, engineers, and other teams to deliver successful projects that meet our clients' expectations.
