Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Logistics

Kimberly-Clark Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist - Logistics to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of logistics and 3PL services for our Australia and New Zealand operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category management strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
  • Manage the procurement process for logistics and 3PL services, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional logistics leaders, ANZ business, and supply chain leadership to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to drive incremental value opportunities.
  • Develop and execute procurement initiatives to improve supplier performance and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Advanced negotiation and sourcing strategy development skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of financial metrics, including working capital, cost avoidance, and NSV.
