Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • At least 3 years experience working as a Speech Pathologist in a paediatric setting.
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience working with clients who are neurodiverse.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with NDIS regulations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders and delays.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve articulation, fluency, voice, and language comprehension.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and their families to empower them to actively participate in therapy sessions and carry over strategies at home.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research, advancements, and best practices in paediatric speech pathology.
