About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst and Insight Manager to join our team at Restoration1ofbirmingham. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to enhance marketing performance.
  • Work closely with the data governance and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and analyze demand funnel business objects across Salesforce and Hadoop data sources to support periodic enhancement and troubleshooting.
  • Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by coordinating with marketing channel leaders to monitor channel performance and identify efficiency gaps.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven experience leveraging business mediums and data analysis tools.
  • Functional Salesforce reporting skills, with knowledge of report/dashboard building and native report types.
  • Functional knowledge of Tableau data visualization, with practical application of viz skills for ad-hoc analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Meticulous and results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Finance, Operations Research, Data Science, etc.
