About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Data Analytics and Marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on web analytics initiatives, develop data-driven insights, and optimize website conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement web analytics strategies to generate data-driven insights and optimize website conversions.
  • Oversee and analyze web and digital marketing strategies to understand their impact on website traffic, user engagement, and revenue.
  • Design and execute A/B or multivariate testing to optimize website conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and measure web and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Assist in dashboard, report, or database automation related to web and digital marketing analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices and share insights and knowledge across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Track record of handling and delivering measurable business analysis on web and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, PPC, Social, Email, and Asset/Content Marketing.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B or multivariate testing and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present complex data insights to junior and senior leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
