We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Parklife Metro, a leading infrastructure development company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  3. Investigate incidents and near-misses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  5. Provide training and guidance to employees and subcontractors on health and safety best practices.
  6. Develop and maintain health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and incident reports.
  7. Ensure that all health and safety activities are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Cert IV or higher in Work Health and Safety.
  2. 4+ years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably in the construction industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
