Job Title: National Program Executive, Resilience

At AU047 JLT Risk Solutions PTY LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our National Local Government Vulnerability program. As a National Program Executive, Resilience, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic risk framework and future for local government.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong understanding of local/state government risk environments, program management principles, and data collection and analysis. You will be responsible for driving the engagement and delivery of the National Local Government Vulnerability program, ensuring that it is strategically aligned, impactful, and communicated effectively across the local government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the engagement and delivery of the National Local Government Vulnerability program locally and across the nation
  • Engage with and deliver the NLGVP to the sector in a way that shapes the strategic risk framework and future for local government
  • Ensure that the NLGVP and profile data is incorporated into established council processes via the state-based Mutual Schemes
  • Provide technical advice to support the ongoing delivery of the NLGVP, including being a part of the facilitation team for on-site facilitation

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of local/state government risk environments
  • Program management principles, including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and compliance
  • Demonstrated competency in data collection, management, and analysis
  • Advanced communication skills, with the ability to engage, build rapport, and present recommendations at the CEO and senior executive level
