Dining Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Operations Manager to lead and elevate our dining experience.
This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing floor staff, coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer care.
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead and motivate the service team to provide exceptional dining experiences.
- Manage floor staff during service, ensuring efficient table turnover and clear communication.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-end restaurant, strong knowledge of wine and beverages, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
