Job Title: Security Officer
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Security Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to incidents in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and control access to facilities, including screening members, visitors, and client employees.
- Patrol buildings and grounds to prevent and detect crime, disorder, and hazards.
- Orally and physically de-escalate individuals as needed.
- Inspect security devices and fire control equipment to ensure proper function.
- Respond to medical emergencies, fires, and other incidents with calm urgency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a similar field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required for driving positions.
- Must pass a background investigation and drug screen.
