Hospital Security Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospital Security Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

Job Description:

The Hospital Security Professional is responsible for the surveillance of the client's healthcare premises and the protection of the staff, members, and visitors. Key responsibilities include detecting and preventing any suspicious activity, observing and reporting incidents, and providing customer service in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Detect and Prevent Suspicious Activity: Remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazard, and unusual activity on the client's premises.
  • Observe and Report Incidents: Monitor the premises and report any incidents or suspicious behavior to management.
  • Provide Customer Service: Interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
