Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager to join our team at Mater Pathology. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the customer-facing aspects of collections and ensuring high-quality collection services are provided to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Phlebotomy team in delivering a quality, efficient diagnostic laboratory service
  • Supervise the customer-facing aspects of collections, ensuring high-quality services are provided
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to grow the pathology business
  • Ensure compliance with NATA, NPAAC, and Medicare requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a laboratory for healthcare diagnostic services
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Knowledge of NATA, NPAAC, and Medicare requirements
