Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Home Accessibility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing off the shelf and custom-made items such as grab rails, banister rails, hand showers and ramps in homes for the elderly and mobility impaired.

Mobility Access Modifications has over 21 years of experience in servicing Melbourne and surrounds. As a Home Accessibility Specialist, you will work independently to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  • Loading up vans from our warehouse each morning with necessary materials
  • Installing grab rails, banister rails, hand showers and ramps in various locations
  • Identifying problems and resolving them promptly
  • Creating and working off diagrams/plans to ensure accurate installations
  • Working proactively with a 'can-do' attitude and strong time management skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Cabinet/Furniture Making
  • Proven experience in identifying and resolving problems
  • Ability to create and work off diagrams/plans
  • Pro-active with a 'can-do' attitude and strong time management skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and right to work in Australia
