Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects in the public sector. As a key member of our team, you will drive the successful execution of infrastructure and strategic initiatives that support community growth and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in project management, ideally in larger projects in large and complex environments across the planning and delivery lifecycle. You should be an expert in Project / Program Management concepts and iterative development across a diverse enterprise environment.
Your skills and qualifications include:
- Transformational Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously within a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency up to a high level of skills and experience in delivering transformational ERP solution implementations, preferably using Oracle.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Highly developed interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, team management, negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
