Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team in a graduate position. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in various disciplines including engineering, project management, surveying, safety, environmental, finance, communications, and human resources.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the operations team, gaining hands-on experience on construction sites, and learning from senior managers. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in or recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to apply academic studies to real-world outcomes and demonstrate a strong work ethic

Other Opportunities:

You will have the chance to start your learning journey on our construction sites, working alongside our operations team. This will give you hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals. You will also be able to assist the Foreman and Project Manager with project planning and programming tasks, liaising and managing client relationships, monitoring performance, reporting production costs, and procuring plant, equipment, and material.
