Manufacturing Support Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and quality management.

About the Role
  • This is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing support to manufacturing operations.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process efficiency.

The role involves implementing process improvements, managing day-to-day manufacturing issues, and ensuring quality requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical, or Manufacturing qualification.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in process improvement and cost-saving projects.
  • Proven problem-solving, design, manufacturing/business process development, and personal influence skills.

Candidates from Medical Device manufacturing industry have an added advantage.
