We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Workforce Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, updating, and amending facilities clinical and operational rosters on a fortnightly basis.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, specifically in the areas of Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also provide administrative support for the coordination of staff training, including clinical requirements and orientations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and updating rosters for over 150 employees
- Providing administrative support for staff training and orientations
- Lodging and responding to timesheet and payroll queries
