We are seeking a skilled Heavy Diesel Fitter to work in our team based on the Sunshine Coast.

The role involves major overhauls on heavy earth moving machinery, including excavators, dump trucks and dozers. The position is suited to individuals with experience working in quarry, civil, mining or forestry backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cary out major overhauls on heavy earth moving machinery
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

  • Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate (essential)
  • Post trade experience on mobile plant (excavators, dump trucks, dozers etc.) (essential)
  • Experience with Caterpillar SIS 2.0 and ET
  • Hydraulic diagnostics - essential
  • Electrical diagnostics - desirable
  • Current Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle licence will be highly regarded)
