Opportunity

We have a strong portfolio of projects currently underway, requiring skilled operators to join us.

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery such as excavators, dump trucks, graders, or scrapers with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant Operations: Ability to operate machinery with precision and efficiency.
  • Machine Maintenance: Conduct daily maintenance checks, including oil levels and greasing.
  • Clean & Tidy Equipment: Ensure the machine is kept clean and well-organised at all times.
  • Assist with other site duties as needed.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following machines: excavators, dump trucks, graders, or scrapers.
  • Understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry.
  • Capability to perform daily maintenance and servicing of machinery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
