About The Role
- This position will provide safe, efficient, and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and policies.
- The successful candidate will operate within a hybrid model of care integrating virtual consultations with face-to-face interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, appropriate, and patient-centered nursing care to individuals who can be safely managed outside the hospital setting.
- Practice and promote safe, efficient, and effective nursing care in accordance with current standards of nursing practices and policies.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated clinical competencies and a diverse skill set required to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across a hybrid model.
