Ecommerce & Marketing Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to lead the ecommerce and marketing efforts of our online store.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including orders, customer service, and product listings.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and direct outreach channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Nurture relationships with military groups, associations, and veterans to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Work independently, leveraging your initiative and strong communication skills to grow the business.

In this role, you will have full access to our Shopify store, business Gmail, and current inventory. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth and enhance our brand presence.

Requirements:
  • You must be based in Sydney.
  • A business, marketing, or communications degree is preferred, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • You should possess strong writing, communication, and initiative skills.
  • An interest in ecommerce, branding, or military heritage is a plus.
