Data Center Operations Manager

As a key member of our data center operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our data centers. This includes overseeing all aspects of critical physical infrastructure, managing engineering technicians, and driving improvement projects.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in data center operations and management. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of data center critical physical infrastructure.
- Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians.
- Drive improvement projects, requiring coordination with various support teams.
- Coordinate daily with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to contracted SLAs.
- Effectively manage operations budget and expenditures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of relevant experience working in a data center or other critical environments.
- 3+ years of experience in people management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
