Effective in-store display management is critical to the success of any retail operation. As a Retail Planogram Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in creating, building, and maintaining high-quality point-of-sale displays that drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement visually appealing displays that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks
  • Utilize our StoreTrack App to report tasks and share photos daily, ensuring transparency and accountability
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in supermarket retail is highly desirable
  • Current Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Must be available to work Wednesdays and Thursdays (minimum)
