Join us as a Project Manager for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage important project changes within a complex program.

You will be working closely with a team of experts to ensure that project changes are understood and implemented to support the delivery of the program. This will involve supporting the technical, cost, and schedule assessment of each project change, ensuring that we're always on track to deliver exceptional results.

This role offers a unique chance to develop your knowledge and expertise, allowing you to run and manage small to medium-sized projects, putting your skills to the test and making a real impact on our operations.

  • Preparing plans, proposals, and responses to change requests through collaboration across the program to develop an accurate view of the impact of project change.
  • Ensuring that change sentences processed through the change IPT's are completed in a timely manner to support delivery and scope control.
  • Applying a consistent approach to managing change requests in accordance with the change management plan, supporting the delivery of a standardised and repeatable project change management framework.
  • Acting as the point of contact for change requests on the program, identifying opportunities and escalating issues where appropriate.
Key Criteria
  • Prior experience in project management
  • Experience in developing project plans, bids, or proposals
  • Awareness of configuration control and/or change management
  • Ability to partner with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to obtain necessary deliverables
  • Experience in major defence or construction projects
  • Experience using PLM tools and other ERP tools
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • NV1 Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain in addition to eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
