Engine Reconditioner

We are seeking a skilled Engine Reconditioner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy earthmoving equipment.

  • Perform engine reconditioning tasks including performance modifications and preventative maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance maintenance efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, automotive technology).
  • Post-trade experience in the mining industry, preferably with a focus on engine reconditioning.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
