Household Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Household Operations Assistant at Mercy Place Ballarat. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Aged Care home is cleaned and maintained in accordance with prescribed routines and infection control guidelines. They will also be required to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, including all communal areas and resident rooms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant cleaning experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care
  • Experience in Aged Care or Health environment (desirable but not essential)
