Business Data Architect

This pivotal role is for a Senior Manager who will partner closely with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to architect and execute data strategies that fuel segmentation, personalisation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic design and phased buildout of a unified data platform in Google BigQuery to support customer engagement, digital acquisition, advanced analytics, and performance reporting use cases.
- Co-create and prioritise high-impact use cases with marketing, digital, and analytics teams, driving roadmap clarity aligned to business outcomes and strategic priorities.
- Work closely with Technology, Data Governance, Martech, Marketing, and Insights teams to align on data architecture, governance, and capability development.
- Ensure seamless integration of multiple data sources into BigQuery with a view to enable scalable personalisation and reporting.
- Collaborate with compliance and data stewards to embed financial regulatory requirements and ethical handling of client data into all development workflows.
- Champion robust data documentation, quality standards, and best practices to support long-term platform sustainability.
Build relationships across the business and marketing teams to understand evolving data needs and establish platform adoption strategies.
