Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team at National Workforce. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance on all plant and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they become critical, using your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Execute repairs efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner - mandatory.
  • Evidence of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
