Retail Operations Manager

About the role
As a Retail Leader at Coles, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and team members. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the grocery department, ensuring that our non-fresh products are presented in an exceptional way and that our customers have an engaging and welcoming experience.
About you and your skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Direct leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Ability to look ahead, energize your team, and deliver results with pride
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management
- Customer-obsessed, with a passion for understanding our diverse customers and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to drive a one-team culture, celebrating success and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
