We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Job Creation and Data Entry Officer.

This position will be responsible for providing quality administrative program support services within the Operations Program Office, communicating with internal and external customers, and delivering information/documentation.

The key duties and accountabilities of this role include:

  • Providing timely and accurate job creation, data entry, and manual analysis
  • Performing administrative duties, including generating appointments/bookings
  • Inputting operational activities into information systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintaining data integrity by monitoring and editing data for accuracy and raising issues when required
  • FOLLOWING QA PROCEDURES, INCLUDING REPORTING ERRORS ON ANOMALIES OR ERRORS
  • Driving and participating in the continual improvement of operational processes and procedures
  • Assisting in the development and trialling of information systems for improving methods of efficiency and accuracy of job creation and data entry

The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and experience in ArcGIS or similar technical programs. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to read/interpret geographical maps, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Skills Required:

  • Experience in ArcGIS or similar technical programs
  • 6-12 months experience in similar administration role with strong data entry skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to read/interpret geographical maps
  • Communicates effectively with clients to provide responsive, accurate and relevant information and services
  • Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment
  • Effective problem-solving ability
  • Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required
  • Prioritises and uses time effectively
  • Must have access to your own transport
  • Must have the right to work in Australia
