We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major upgrade of a leading financial crime platform. The successful candidate will work closely with technology vendor and risk teams to ensure robust validation, smooth implementation, and sustainable business alignment.
About the Role- The primary objective of this role is to lead calibration runs to evaluate algorithm enhancements and assess their impact on detection and efficiency.
- Responsibilities include documenting change impacts, associated risks, and opportunities for improved screening coverage.
- Collaboration with vendor, technology, and business stakeholders is crucial to enable enhanced platform capabilities.
- The ideal candidate will map current-state detection logic to future-state configurations and support operational design.
- Developing and maintaining scenario documentation, testing strategies, and validation frameworks are also key responsibilities.
- Facilitating workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and maintain delivery momentum is essential.
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale technology transformation or platform migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of financial crime monitoring, screening, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exposure to vendor solutions such as SAS Neterveal or similar financial crime monitoring platforms.
- End-to-end delivery experience from requirements through testing and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage diverse business, technology, and vendor groups.
- Skilled in process documentation, scenario mapping, and operating model design.
