About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at the University of New South Wales. As a Campus Solutions Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and ensuring the effective implementation of business systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Business System Implementation: Ensure the effective implementation of business systems and data management tools
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide specialist expertise and influence the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems and projects
  • Project Management: Plan, develop, test, and deliver projects to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years professional experience in a similar role or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Business Analysis Skills: Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, process workshop facilitation, and project documentation
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with Integrated Work Management Systems, Geographic Information Systems, and specialist disciplines such as Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Twins
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Well-developed leadership and resource management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate support for specific outcomes, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
