About This RoleThe Behaviour Support and Allied Health Team Leader will spearhead a multidisciplinary team providing person-centred therapeutic services. The role entails overseeing clinical support and supervision, enhancing team performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of skilled professionals in delivering person-centred care
- Coordinate clinical support and supervision for all team members
- Enhance team collaboration and development
- Support customers and families to access our services
- A relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology)
- Experience working with people with disabilities or registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS
- Registration with AHPRA or awarding professional body where applicable
- A valid driver's licence
