We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Clinician to join our team.
- Role Summary
The successful candidate will be working closely within the community to support Complex Mental Health presentations and referrals. As a Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health Nurse OR Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions;
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans;
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care;
- Conducting regular case reviews and updating treatment plans as necessary;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Psychologist, Nurse, OT or Social Worker eligible for AASW Membership;
- Experience working within a therapeutic setting;
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
