We are seeking a Cable Repairer to work out of our Emerald operation on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Role
  • To test and fit accessories for various sizes and types of electric cables used in the mining, industrial and commercial sectors.
  • To repair, test, inspect and verify compliance of reeling, trailing and flexible cables.
  • To provide general trades' assistant support as required in line with operational requirements.
Key Requirements
  • A great sense of humor and willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard work.
  • Strong hand tool and attention to detail skills.
  • A current HR driver's license is advantageous.
  • A forklift ticket – desirable, but not mandatory.
