Job Title: Procurement Manager

Project Overview

This role is crucial in driving project success by managing procurement and supply chain activities across the entire project lifecycle.

  • Procurement planning, supplier coordination, milestone tracking, and issue resolution are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with project schedules, specifications, and procurement requirements.
  • Manage supply chain timelines by tracking purchase orders, coordinating supplier activities, and proactively mitigating delays.
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate risks or deviations from project plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, logistics, finance, and quality teams to maintain project alignment.
  • Support project reporting by maintaining accurate procurement documentation and contributing to progress updates.
Requirements:
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of operational procurement processes and supply chain best practices.
  • Familiarity with international trade compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for procurement tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • High attention to detail and ownership of procurement deliverables within project constraints.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsiveness to project timelines, contractual obligations, and customer requirements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% to support project execution and supplier engagement.
