We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team in Hervey Bay. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Support the warehouse with general administrative tasks, including stock take functions.
- Prioritize and enter sales orders, process changes, and ensure all administration tasks are completed as required.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of key roles within the branch.
- Assist with stock take processes, coordinate administration, and reporting of consumables.
- Complete general branch and warehouse administration tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service or administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A tidy appearance.
- Previous experience in a sales or production environment (preferably).
- A Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification (highly regarded).
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry (advantageous).
